B. Wade Poston, D.M.D.
Dr. Wade is a Savannah native and is a 2nd generation dentist proud to be following in his father’s footsteps. He attended First Christian Church Kindergarten and Sacred Heart Parochial School as an adolescent and completed his grade school education at Blessed Sacrament School in 1991. He is a 1995 graduate of Benedictine Military School and a member of The University of Georgia Class of 1999. Following completion of his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry, Dr. Wade moved back home to Savannah and joined his father’s practice. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Georgia Dental Association (GDA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Southeastern District Dental Society and Savannah Dental Society. Outside of the office, Dr. Wade spends his time giving back to the Savannah community through the Exchange Club of Savannah, which includes raising money for the Jenkins Athletic Club, and donating to his church and many local organizations like the Savannah Ambucs. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Exchange Club, the Jenkins Athletic Club, and his alma mater Benedictine Military School’s Alumni Association. Whatever free time may become available is spent with his family and friends. He is especially proud to be married to his wife Elizabeth for 10 years now and they are blessed with a 6 year old daughter, Annslee, and 2 year old daughter Pearson.
Jennifer, Front Desk Coordinator/Registered Dental Hygienist
Jennifer is a Texas/Louisiana native, but has been in Savannah for that past 17 years. She obtained her degree in hygiene from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2010. Jennifer loves working with patients and is passionate about patient education and prevention of oral diseases. In her spare time, Jennifer likes swimming, fishing, gardening, reading and spending time with her “zoo”, which includes her dog and two cats, all rescues.
Kandy, Certified Dental Assistant
Kandy retired from the US Air Force Reserve as a Master Sargent after 28 years of service. During this time she received her training as a Dental Specialist at the School of Health Care Science and became a Certified Medical Assistant training through Draughon Junior College. She has been a dental assistant for 24 years, the last 16 of which have been in Dr. Poston’s practice. She is a Savannah native, a member of the Beach High School class of 1974, and loves animals.
