B. Wade Poston, D.M.D.
Dr. Poston is a Savannah native and is a 2nd generation dentist proud to be following in his father’s footsteps. His elementary and middle school days were spent at Sacred Heart Parochial School then Blessed Sacrament School where he graduated in 1991. He is a 1995 graduate of Benedictine Military School and a member of The University of Georgia Class of 1999. Following completion of his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry, Dr. Poston moved back home to Savannah and joined his father’s practice. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Georgia Dental Association (GDA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Southeastern District Dental Society and Past-President of the Savannah Dental Society. Outside of the office, Dr. Poston spends his time giving back to the Savannah through community service as a member, Past-President and former Board of Director of the Exchange Club of Savannah. He is also a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church, a Board of Director for the Jenkins Athletic Club, and one of the few fortunate members of the Savannah Quarterback Club. The most important time spent by Dr. Poston is with his wife of 13 years, Elizabeth, and their two blessings 9-year-old daughter, Annslee and 5-year-old daughter, Pearson.
Kandy, Certified Dental Assistant
Kandy retired from the US Air Force Reserve as a Master Sargent after 28 years of service. During this time she received her training as a Dental Specialist at the School of Health Care Science and became a Certified Medical Assistant training through Draughon Junior College. She has been a dental assistant for 27 years, the last 19 of which have been in Dr. Poston’s practice. She is a Savannah native, a member of the Beach High School class of 1974, and loves animals.
