Proudly Offering Invisalign® for Patients in Savannah, GA

Do you have a crossbite, an open bite, an overbite, or an underbite? Are your teeth crowded or gapped? If so, you may be a candidate for Invisalign®, a type of clear aligner that gradually shifts teeth into place. Invisalign® is often a great choice for patients looking for a more discreet, comfortable, and convenient alternative to traditional metal braces.

Luckily, if you’re in Savannah, Georgia, or the surrounding area, you can entrust your care to the professionals at Poston Dental. We proudly offer Invisalign® and numerous other dental treatment services to patients throughout Chatham County and the Coastal Empire region, and you can feel confident knowing that we were previously voted the Best Dentist in Savannah.

What to Expect With Invisalign®

If we determine that you could benefit from Invisalign®, we’ll take an impression of your teeth and send it to a lab, where they’ll use it to create a series of custom-fitted trays (sometimes referred to as “retainers”). You’ll wear each orthodontic aligner for approximately two weeks, then transition to the next one in the series.

One of the benefits that Invisalign® offers over certain other teeth straightening methods is that the trays can be removed when eating, drinking, brushing, flossing, and playing musical instruments and sports. However, they should be worn for at least 20 to 22 hours each day.
